Who We Support

Below you will find itemized reports of financial disbursements made to qualified federal candidates for elected office and their leadership PACs by BlockPAC. 

Candidates supported by BlockPAC are determined by a subcommittee of the BlockPAC Board of Directors, which includes representatives from across H&R Block. The Board reviews BlockPAC's strategic giving plan and contribution history at least three times per calendar year. 

Contributions to candidates are approved in real-time by the subcommittee. The subcommittee evaluates a candidate's: 

• Position on public policy issues important to H&R Block
• Committee assignments
• Elected leadership position, or working relationship with leadership
• Relationship within strategically important caucuses
• Membership of, or relationship with, our "hometown" delegations of Kansas and Missouri
• Conduct is consistent with company standards for an H&R Block associate
